3. Gently heat the hub as shown in Figure 8. Very little heat will be required before the bear­ings can be made to come out by tapping the hub or entire wheel on a hard surface.

4. Clean and grease the bearings or replace if obviously wom.

5. To install the bearings, again heat the hub as before and gently tap them in place.  Don't forget the spacer tube which goes between the two bearings (Nos. 994303 and 993303 on the ex­ploded drawing, Figure 1).  The bearings fit against a shoulder in the hub so they will feel solid when installed properly.
